PET DRYING SYSTEM
Pet requires crystallization before dries. In the production process, amorphous PET granules and bottle, fi bers, thermoform plate and circle breaks are used. Bado provides crystallization system service to carry out the material preparation process before injection phase or extrusion.
Recycling is becoming more and more important due to costs and effi ciency. Bado crystallizers are used before the drying process to prevent the recycled PET granules from caking during drying at 180 °C. Bado CRYSTALIZERS used before PET drying process; It has been developed to provide homogeneous crystallization with the special material without the risk of bridge formation above the glass transition temperature. Thus, although the particles intertwine, they do not stick together. Mixing funnels are equipped with a powerful drive motor. In the funnels, the amorphous substance is kept in motion until the crystallization is completed and the process is safely continued.
A good crystallization; By allowing the basic drying phase and optimization, it prevents the risk of material degradation with high improvement. The crystallization unit contains 3 supports “designed by Bado“ to ensure effi cient crystallization and to increase the homogeneous distribution of polyethylene. This provides effi cient crystallization, time effi ciency and smaller drying unit design.
The dry air generator is a multi-chamber system with three rotored drying chambers, which provides a constant low moisture residue of -50 ppm below dry air, resulting in consistently good drying results.
Optimum and continuous production conditions are vital for high product quality and effi cient production. Bado dryers stand out as an effective system for drying the granules with moisture content on their surface with hot air and drying from this moisture layer. With the preheated raw material, important production parameters are taken under control. This dryer system is placed directly into the feed throat of the process machine with the help of pipes. All models are equipped with a microprocessor-controlled temperature regulator and a safety thermostat is installed to prevent material from overheating. The use of corrosion resistant materials ensures a long service life.
The preheated raw material in the crystallizer increases the effi ciency of the process machine and thus productivity, while also reducing energy costs. With a fully insulated and specially designed air distributor, Bado dryers heat plastic granules effi ciently and with low energy con-sumption. Surface moisture is reliably removed. This minimizes product returns and ensures consistently high product quality. In addition, Bado dryers require very little maintenance.
